Questions owners actually ask

Why does my tracking matter if the ads “seem to work”?
Because “seems to work” is how accounts quietly waste 30–50% of budget. Without clean attribution you can't see which campaigns, keywords or creatives make money — and neither can the bidding algorithms spending your budget.
What's the Conversions API and do I need it?
Meta's Conversions API sends conversion events from a server instead of the browser, restoring the signal lost to iOS privacy changes and ad blockers. If you spend meaningfully on Meta, yes — it's usually the highest-ROI fix on the account.
Can you track WhatsApp leads?
Yes — click-to-chat events are tracked as conversions with their source campaign attached, and with WhatsApp Business API flows we can follow the conversation into your CRM. In Malaysia, if you're not tracking WhatsApp, you're not tracking most of your leads.
Our sales close offline, days later. Can that be attributed?
Yes, with offline conversion imports: your CRM marks the deal closed, and we send it back to Google or Meta credited to the original click. It's how service businesses teach the platforms what a good lead looks like.
We already have GA4 — isn't that enough?
GA4 installed and GA4 configured are different things. Most properties we audit have default events, no conversion definitions and double-firing tags. The audit tells you in a week whether yours is one of them.
Is this a one-off project or ongoing?
Setup is a fixed project. Most clients add light monthly maintenance, because every site update, new page and new campaign is a chance for tracking to silently break — and silent breakage is the expensive kind.
